• Accurately measure and mark required materials
• Provide cut and fill directions to maintain project accuracy
• Regularly monitor and verify grade elevations
• Assist in upholding a tidy worksite and traffic control
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction
• Strong knowledge of grading techniques and earthworks
• Proficient in surveying tools; experience is an asset
• Sharp math skills for accurate calculations
• Ability to read blueprints and work effectively in teams
