Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality estimates for various insurance projects
• Provide estimating leadership on complex recovery programs
• Validate pricing for restoration and demolition tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Develop scopes of work aligning with market conditions
Requirements:
• 7+ years in estimating ICI projects
• Strong unit-rate and conceptual estimating skills
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Excel-based tools
• Certifications like PQS, Gold Seal, or RICS desirable
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders
