Your Impact Starts HereGraham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator supporting the Oilsands Industrial Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project teams through coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control.
This role is based in Fort McMurray. We are open to local candidates or candidates based in Edmonton with travel on rotation. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site- Coordinate Daily Project
Activities:
Support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and cost control tasks. Maintain and update drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders - Support Change Management & Reporting:Track change events, prepare notices, and report updates to the Project Manager. Compile data for progress reports and executive/project steering updates
- Maintain HSEQ Compliance:Contribute to safety plan development and keep safety and QA/QC records up to date. Monitor HSE and quality KPIs, review surveillance findings, and initiate NCRs where required
- Assist with Financial & Cost Controls:Support cost reporting systems and monitor cost accruals. Record change orders and verify proper payroll coding and cost allocation
- Build and Maintain Client & Stakeholder Relationship: Communicate professionally with clients and support strong working relationships. Complete client satisfaction surveys during project close‑out
- Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering ora related technical field
- Experience: 2–5 years of direct industrial construction experience
- Skills:Proficiency with MS Office,scheduling and project management software; familiarity with construction project systems, practices, and processes (InEightexperience is an asset)
