We are looking for a hardworking

Labourer to assist with underground utility construction, including water, sewer, and storm systems. You’ll work alongside operators, pipelayers, and supervisors to support trenching and pipe installation.

• Assist with trenching and excavation work
• Help install water, sewer, and storm pipes
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Use hand tools (shovels, tampers, saws, etc.)
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization
• Direct traffic or equipment when required
• Follow instructions from Topman, Foreman, and operators

• Previous construction or labour experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems in the field
