EARTHWORKS LABOURER

We are seeking a reliable Earthworks Labourer to support excavation, grading, site preparation, and civil construction projects across Canada. The successful candidate will work alongside equipment operators, supervisors, and construction crews to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

• Assist with excavation, grading, back filling, and site preparation activities.
• Move and distribute soil, gravel, sand, and other construction materials.
• Assist equipment operators with ground-level activities and site preparation.
• Perform manual digging, shoveling, levelling, and compacting as required.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and construction materials.
• Assist with drainage, trenching, foundations, and general earthworks.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues.
• Support supervisors and skilled workers with other construction duties as required.

• Previous construction, earthworks, excavation, or general labour experience is an asset.
• 0-2 years of experience
  ; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Experience working around heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Valid driver's licence is an asset.
