Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff to ensure successful project delivery
• Promote site safety and compliance with HSE standards
• Equip field staff with necessary resources and tools
• Participate in pre-bid and preconstruction planning
• Maintain project schedules and resolve scheduling issues
Requirements:
• 8+ years as a Superintendent in construction
• Proven experience with ICI or commercial projects over $30 million
• Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices
