Wilco Contractors Northwest is seeking a knowledgeable Surveyor with over three years of survey experience. This role involves accurate takeoffs, constructing layouts, managing survey data, and collaborating with site superintendents. You will be instrumental in documenting construction phases and implementing effective survey strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete accurate quantity takeoffs and reconciliations

• Perform preliminary, construction, and as-built surveys

• Develop survey strategies based on design drawings

• Install precise stake lines and manage survey control

• Collaborate with site teams on field survey requests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of survey experience

• Proficient in GPS, machine control, and total stations

• Experience with CAD and survey software preferred

• Knowledge of Trimble GPS and Total Stations is an asset

• Ability to design digital terrain models
