Step into a pivotal role at Wes Tower Communications Ltd. as a Top Hand. This position blends supervisory responsibilities with hands-on collaboration, ensuring project success and team development.

As an experienced Top Hand, you will guide less experienced team members while overseeing daily job activities in the telecommunications field. Key responsibilities include verifying equipment and materials, inspecting tools, and maintaining safety standards. You will work closely with the Crew Lead to ensure construction plans are followed and assist in training and developing crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct crew members daily

• Review construction drawings with the Crew Lead

• Verify tool and equipment readiness before work

• Inspect personal fall arrest systems prior to climbing

• Keep job site clean and orderly throughout projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of wireless construction knowledge

• Rigging and tower build experience preferred

• Experience with TELUS/Bell/Rogers/Freedom systems

• Valid Canadian driver's license required

• Strong adherence to safety protocols needed
