This full-time role demands experienced candidates with at least two years of skid steer operation in civil construction. You will handle tasks such as grading, loading materials, and site cleanup while adhering to safety practices. Your commitment to quality and efficiency will ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer for fine grading and finishing tasks

• Perform site preparation, leveling, and cleanup activities

• Assist with grading around curbs and utilities

• Read plans and execute based on supervisor instructions

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of skid steer operating experience

• Experience with finish grading preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Safety certifications like CSTS are assets

• Strong work ethic and trustworthiness in a team
