Wilco Contractors Northwest seeks an experienced Surveyor with over three years of survey experience. You will interpret design drawings, perform accurate quantity takeoffs, and execute preliminary and as-built surveys. Collaborating with the site superintendent, you will also configure survey instruments and conduct topographic surveys to document site progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete accurate quantity takeoffs and reconciliations
• Perform preliminary, as-built, and construct surveys
• Interpret design drawings to develop survey strategies
• Create precise survey notes and sketches
• Distribute survey reports and manage data files
Requirements:
• 3+ years of survey experience
• Proficient with GPS, machine control, and total stations
• Familiarity with CAD and Survey software
• Experience with Trimble GPS and digital terrain models
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
