In this role, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents, coordinating project activities from pre-construction to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in estimating and budgeting through quantity takeoffs

• Prepare bid forms and tender submission documents

• Distribute tender invitations to sub trades and suppliers

• Set up new projects in the company database

• Attend project meetings and document discussions

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Degree in Construction Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of project execution or trades experience

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Effective resolution and conflict management abilities

• C.E.T. or equivalent strongly desired
