Civil Infrastructure Estimator

Chandos seeks an Estimator for its Civil team, focused on collaborative delivery models and multi-stakeholder projects. You will prepare full-cost estimates, guide transparent decisions, and provide constructability advice. The work spans concept, tender, procurement, scheduling, logistics, and construction readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos pursuits
Coordinate full-cost estimates across project phases
Lead estimating workshops and align project costs
Complete material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor take-offs
Solicit bids, negotiate, and conduct value-engineering reviews
Requirements:
Five years of estimating experience
Four years of construction management experience
Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diploma
Advanced Excel and cost-estimating software proficiency
Strong drawing-reading, cost-modelling, and presentation abilities
Bring collaborative estimating, cost modelling, and constructability expertise to Chandos Civil infrastructure projects and project teams.
