Project Estimator

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for interior fit-outs and new build construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine project scopes and budgets.
Analyze bid documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize cost efficiency.
Support the bidding process and participate in pre-construction meetings as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Construction Expertise:  Demonstrated experience in estimating interior fit-out and new build construction projects from start to finish.
Analytical

Skills:

Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Communication:  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years in a construction estimating role with a focus on new build projects.

Education:

Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
