Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate construction projects through technical documentation, cost tracking, and field support in an office and field work setting. Help keep project information accurate and deliverables organized.

The Construction Coordinator supports planning, coordination, and execution throughout the project lifecycle. This position works with project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Responsibilities include project records, schedules, milestones, procurement, site readiness, construction drawings, specifications, and safety meetings.

• Maintain field tickets, reports, minutes, submittals, and inspection records
• Coordinate one-calls, utility locates, site access, and readiness requirements
• Track progress, costs, deliverables, and schedule milestones
• Obtain quotations and prepare purchase documentation for procurement
• Review technical documents and escalate coordination discrepancies

• Diploma in civil or construction engineering technology
• Zero to two years of related construction project experience
• Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites
