Manage ICI new build projects in the Edmonton Area using construction leadership and project scheduling expertise. This role offers a salary range of $110,000 to $125,000.
This Project Manager position supports a leading general contractor specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects. You will manage construction work from initiation through completion, coordinating project teams, trades, and stakeholders. Strong communication and leadership skills support delivery within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project schedules throughout the lifecycle
- Provide project status and scope change updates
- Lead dedicated project teams toward timely delivery
- Coordinate trades to optimize project efficiency
- Proven ICI new build project management experience
- At least 10 years in construction project management
- Strong leadership skills guiding project teams
