Lead high-rise construction from shoring through occupancy as a Site Superintendent overseeing trades, safety, quality, and schedules. This ground-up role requires strong construction management expertise.
As Site Superintendent, you will direct full site execution for a respected residential developer and builder. The work spans construction phases, subtrade coordination, logistics, documentation, and schedule control. Technical knowledge of concrete forming, structural systems, curtain wall, and M&E integration supports successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise all construction phases on site
- Coordinate subtrades, site staff, and construction activities
- Enforce health and safety policies and OHSA regulations
- Manage site logistics, materials, and scheduling
- Monitor progress, quality control, and site documentation
- Five or more years in construction management
- Track record delivering projects from excavation through occupancy
- Knowledge of concrete forming and structural systems
- Familiarity with Alberta Building Codes and inspections
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
