Residential Construction Quality Inspector
Conduct new home inspections in Edmonton with residential construction expertise and detailed reporting skills. Support builders and homeowners through scheduled appointments.
Dweller Home Services, part of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group of Companies, seeks a Residential Construction Inspector. You will inspect completed stages of new home builds, complete homeowner walkthroughs, and build relationships with multiple home builders. The work covers Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Beaumont, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, and Stony Plain. Inspection software supports documented reporting and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality control inspections on newly built homes
- Complete pre-possession and possession walkthroughs
- Provide homeowner orientations during scheduled appointments
- Prepare timely reports using inspection software
- Complete client follow-up within established timelines
- Minimum three years residential construction site supervisor experience
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle without company decals
- Strong understanding of home inspection regulations
- New home construction industry knowledge
- Familiarity with home inspection reporting software
