Freson Bros. , an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, invites experienced Graphic Designers to apply for the position of Graphic Designer . Based out of our Operations Office in Stony Plain, this role supports our Marketing Team by delivering high-quality graphic solutions for all marketing initiatives.

• Interpret creative briefs to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and engage customers effectively
• Proofread with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring completeness and adherence to brand standards
• Create effective design deliverables across multiple channels, including flyers, in-store signage, point-of-sale materials, product packaging, social media, and digital advertising
• Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing Team
• Share ideas and feedback, contributing to an open and integrated working environment
• Reports to the Creative Specialist

Work Environment:
In-Person, Stony Plain Operations Office

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000

• Minimum 2 years of design experience in a workplace environment
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing creative and engaging work
• Ability to execute projects from concept through to final design
• Strong initiative with the ability to take direction and follow brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS
• Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and creative skills
• Working knowledge of communication methods and graphic art techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Ability to work in office
• Most importantly, a willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
