Transform complex B2B narratives into compelling visuals as an Expert Creative Designer. Lead the development of high-impact digital assets while fostering a cohesive brand identity in a remote-first consultancy environment.
As a key part of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that attract executive audiences. Your experience with performance marketing will guide the design of advertising materials across platforms like You Tube and Linked In. Partnering closely with media teams, you'll integrate campaign data into your creative process to ensure effectiveness and alignment with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance brand identity across touchpoints and platforms
• Produce effective static and motion advertisement units
• Design templates for enterprise-level sales assistance
• Collaborate on data interpretation for creative refinement
• Execute A/B testing to optimize visual performance
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in design, particularly in a B2B context
• Strong portfolio of brand and performance-focused work
• Expertise in Adobe platform and video production
• Experience in designing for various social media formats
• Competency in analytics and optimization tools
