Key Responsibilities:
• Create design assets for landing pages and ads
• Develop motion graphics for social platforms
• Edit video content for various ad formats
• Align designs with audience insights and campaign goals
• Execute A/B tests for continual improvement
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience
• One year of experience in motion graphics
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic editing skills using Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of user experience metrics and testing
