Naut'sa mawt Event Management is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee virtual, in-person, and hybrid events tailored to Indigenous-focused celebrations. This role involves a mix of independent and collaborative work alongside the Senior Event Manager. Key skills include event logistics management, cultural sensitivity, client collaboration, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics, registrations, and communication for events

• Hire subcontractors for catering, venues, and tech support

• Provide cultural guidance and support to clients

• Coordinate with Elders and cultural performers respectfully

• Document events and ensure high service standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in event management

• 3-5 years of event coordination experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite

• Experience with virtual platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with Indigenous community events is an asset
