Position: Radio Producer for Le Café Show
Shape the morning radio experience as a Producer for Le Café Show at CBC/Radio-Canada in Edmonton. Lead content creation and ensure high-quality storytelling for Alberta's French-speaking community.

This permanent, on-site role requires a creative and organized individual who can manage multiple projects and lead a talented team. With a proven leadership track record and in-depth knowledge of current events, you will be responsible for developing program ideas, overseeing editorial direction, and optimizing digital content distribution. The role requires excellent understanding of CBC/Radio-Canada’s standards and the unique needs of the French-speaking minority communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative program ideas and content

• Manage and supervise production and creative contributors

• Plan and coordinate production logistics

• Research and write compelling stories as needed

• Ensure digital reach and audience engagement

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience

• Five years of relevant experience, three in broadcasting

• Strong leadership and programming skills

• Proficiency in French at advanced level

• Knowledge of journalism standards and community issues
