Key Responsibilities:
Transform long-form podcast episodes into vertical short-form videos
Create platform-optimized content for four social networks
Develop two-second hooks, subtitles, transitions, and dynamic pacing
Test creative formats and analyze reach, engagement, views, subscribers
Own production from clip selection through publication-ready delivery
Requirements:
Proven short-form video experience with measurable performance examples
Strong editing, storytelling, subtitle, and pacing skills
Understanding of platform algorithms, formats, trends, and audiences
Fluent German and familiarity with AI-powered editing tools
