As Staff Product Designer, you will guide 0-to-1 products for external B2C customers and internal teams. You will influence product strategy while solving complex, open-ended problems. The work spans research, interaction design, visual craft, and delivery across evolving AI experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Own discovery, research, prototyping, delivery, and launch
Design AI products for B2C customers and internal teams
Translate ambiguous concepts into intuitive product experiences
Partner with product, engineering, and leadership on strategy
Improve experiences using feedback and performance insights
Requirements:
At least 7 years of professional product design experience
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and measurable impact
Experience leading products from concept through launch
Strong UX, visual design, and product thinking capabilities
Advanced prototyping and cross-functional communication skills
Shape scalable AI products through research, prototyping, systems thinking, and high-quality product design from concept to launch.
