As a customer care representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and e‑mail. You will enter customer orders, and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests and general inquiries. You will be using an AS400 based system as well as web‑based applications. You will provide assistance to our outside sales team and will work with our supply chain and distribution partners.

Your position requires an ability to work in a fast‑paced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Process customer orders on web based and BPCS (AS400) system.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Expedite and source product to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Deliver above and beyond customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs.

• 3-5 years’ experience in customer relations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
• Proven people skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity
• Willingness to be a team player while working independently with little direction
• Decision‑making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
• Familiarity with MS Office Applications
• University degree or college diploma preferred
