As part of our remote team, you will manage calls in both languages, addressing customer needs from account updates to inquiries. Your bilingual fluency will be crucial in translating communications and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with calls in both Portuguese and English

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• GED or high school diploma required
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
