As the Member Services Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping member experiences at IQ Tennis. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about fostering community relations. You'll lead the front desk team, manage bookings via Court Reserve, and address member inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead front desk operations
• Provide outstanding customer service experience
• Assist with member bookings and account management
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Prior customer service experience required
• Strong initiative to enhance user experience
• Familiar with Court Reserve or related software
