As a key member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, this role focuses on enhancing client experiences within a fast-paced Banking Center. You'll be the initial point of contact for clients, assisting them with transactions and addressing inquiries while connecting them with appropriate teams. This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work at multiple banking centers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to manage accounts and product inquiries

• Resolve client issues by actively listening and empathizing

• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications for better service

• Connect clients with relevant CIBC team members for solutions

• Assist with transaction processing and client interactions
