As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will support the Customer Service Supervisor in managing daily customer inquiries regarding filtration products. You will utilize your expertise in order entry, pricing, and quoting to ensure client needs are met promptly. Building strong customer relationships is key to meeting sales targets and enhancing profitability while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries for product details
• Provide accurate pricing and quality quotes to clients
• Coordinate technical information with suppliers as needed
• Enter customer orders efficiently into the system
• Maintain communication regarding order status and issues
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in B2B customer service roles
• College diploma in a related field preferred
• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
