As a Corporate Customer Specialist, you will enhance client relationships and manage vehicle reservations effectively. This position requires at least one year of customer service experience and excellent organizational skills to handle inquiries and logistics. You will coordinate vehicle deliveries while ensuring compliance with rental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer reservations and inquiries efficiently
• Communicate rental terms and conditions clearly
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pickups with branches
• Build strong relationships with assigned customers
• Generate reports for corporate clients, including invoices
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Business Administration diploma preferred
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and self-motivate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
