Customer-Focused OneCard Ambassador at NAIT

Become a One Card Ambassador with NAIT and engage with students on campus. This casual role requires excellent customer service skills and is vital during orientation and peak service periods.

NAIT is seeking enthusiastic ambassadors to support students at Main, Souch, and Patricia campuses. This position focuses on distributing One Cards, assisting with lockers, and managing student inquiries.

Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment during key events like New Student Orientation and Welcome Week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with One Card creation and distribution

• Support locker service operations across campuses

• Manage student lineups professionally

• Operate One Card software and restock supplies

• Troubleshoot basic tech issues and provide support

Requirements:

• Daytime availability between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• Completion of grade 12 or equivalent experience

• Customer service experience, especially in student roles

• Previous experience at NAIT is an asset

• Must work during peak service dates and events
