At Layfield, you'll be the main contact for customer support, fostering strong relationships as a trusted advisor. This position requires a hands-on approach to address customer needs through proactive service, ensuring accurate entry of quotes in CRM, and collaborating with Operations and Logistics for optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customer support inquiries
• Build lasting relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
• Recommend products and services based on customer feedback
• Enter quotes and contacts accurately in the CRM
• Monitor and improve order management processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM and inventory management software
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to analyze complex business problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
