In this role, you'll assist and resolve inquiries for customers using various online channels, ensuring that every customer receives prompt service. You will partner with internal teams for efficient order fulfillment and stay informed about the latest product updates and promotions. Your focus will be on improving customer satisfaction and operational processes.

Requirements:
