In this on-site role, you bring 3-5 years of customer relations experience. You'll utilize the AS400 system alongside web applications to provide exceptional services. Your communication skills will be key as you expedite and source products, always meeting customer needs with high emotional intelligence and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders efficiently in AS400 system
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via various channels
• Expedite and source products to fulfill customer requirements
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of customer relations experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• University degree or college diploma preferred
