Part-Time Member Experience Advisor

Servus Credit Union seeks a proactive, part-time Member Experience Advisor to support branch activities and member interactions. With a minimum of 20 hours weekly and flexibility up to 37.5 hours, you will build member trust and ensure compliance with policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional member service and support

• Process cash and non-cash transactions efficiently

• Promote Servus products and services to members

• Resolve routine issues and maintain compliance policies

• Educate members on self-serve channels and services

Requirements:

• 1 year customer service or admin experience

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and financial literacy

• Ability to organize, problem-solve, and multi-task

• Basic sales experience is a plus
