The Administrator III will report to the Manager of Group Administration while collaborating with sales and development teams. You will assist in transitioning groups to a new platform, leverage a Customer Relationship Management system, and ensure high-quality service for clients. Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and exceptional customer service are essential for success in this key position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in platform conversions and group member transitions
• Collaborate with internal sales and clients on implementations
• Use CRM systems to track inquiries from administrators
• Investigate and resolve client issues efficiently
• Work with Business Analyst(s) to enhance user experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Group Benefits administration
• Proficiency with technology platforms required
• Strong customer service expertise
• Fluent in French and English for effective communication
