As a full-time Customer Support Representative I at Neogen, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing orders, and troubleshooting issues. This entry-level role provides a clear pathway for growth from Level I to Level III within our customer service organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Manage customer samples, orders, and account information
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate as necessary

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a customer service or office environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
