As a part-time, permanent Member Experience Advisor, you will work a minimum of 20 hours weekly. You will be tasked with processing a variety of member transactions, generating sales referrals, and resolving account-related inquiries. This position emphasizes support for both members and branch operations, highlighting your financial and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust through responsive member service
• Facilitate deposits, withdrawals, and account updates
• Promote Servus products and capture referrals
• Assist team members with operational duties
• Ensure compliance with safety and privacy protocols
Requirements:
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must pass necessary background checks
