This full-time position at NAIT’s Main Campus features responsibilities that cover locker reservations and parking assistance. As the first point of contact, you'll help manage inquiries and processes while providing outstanding service. This role will allow you to showcase your ability to handle challenges and maintain professionalism in varied situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate locker and parking service inquiries via various channels
• Assist in managing locker system and rentals effectively
• Keep track of locker inventory and configurations
• Aid in processing visitor parking requests
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work under tight timelines
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
