As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers, vendors, and team members while reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. This position centers on creating service orders, dispatching tasks, and resolving customer issues in alignment with DSL’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries online
• Create necessary service or parts orders
• Handle dispatching and follow up on unresolved issues
• Resolve customer problems through effective communication
• Maintain accurate billing and upsell services where applicable
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma; post-secondary education a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Proven ability to manage stress and multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Drive customer satisfaction through dedicated service while supporting DSL's mission in Edmonton.
