As a Program Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and community stakeholders, navigating them through services offered by MJMC and beyond. Your experience in coordination and customer service will help improve the organization's connections with the community, making information accessible and clear.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Coordinate services ensuring smooth operations
• Promote programs strategically to engage the community
• Support various administrative tasks efficiently
• Prepare and deliver the Annual Report and IT submissions
Requirements:
• Exceptional organization and communication skills

• Strong ability to reprioritize tasks on the fly
