As the supervisor at Trans Global Service (TGS), you will oversee the daily functions of a call centre team specializing in appliance repair. This operational leadership role demands effective training, performance monitoring, and quality assurance across all service interactions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service standards and addressing customer escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of customer service agents
• Train and onboard agents for effective service delivery
• Monitor and report on team KPIs regularly
• Manage daily call queues to meet service expectations
• Handle escalated customer issues with finesse
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in call centres or customer service
• Previous leadership or coaching experience beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and call centre software
• Flexibility for occasional Saturday shifts required
