- 1+ years of Client Service Experience (any industry), ideally in an inbound call environment.
- Fluent in French
- Good Communications
- Demonstrated interest in a client service-oriented role
- Business Education background
- Looking to complete or have completed CSC
- Interest in sales / banking
- Handling a mix of inbound client service calls and email inquiries (may vary based on business needs)
- Provide support to financial advisors and clients, ensuring a high level of service
- Follow up on incomplete or incorrect trade/order submissions
- Reach out to advisors to gather missing information and ensure timely resubmission
- Manage and respond to client and advisor communications via phone and email
- Support the team during peak/busy periods with flexible task allocation (calls, emails, trade support)
