Become the frontline voice for customers at as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate. You'll engage across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each issue is resolved satisfactorily.
Inc. is seeking an energetic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to resolve customer inquiries effectively. In this role, you'll tackle diverse customer interactions by addressing concerns patiently and clearly. Your responsibilities will span multiple communications, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer needs while adhering to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Get to the root of issues, providing clear solutions
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Requirements:
• High school diploma; bachelor’s preferred
• One year in high-volume customer service
• Fluency in English and French, Québécois preferred
• Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills
• Proficient with Freshdesk or similar CRM tools
