Take on the role of Customer Success Coordinator with Data Docks, where your insights will guide logistics software development. Engage directly with customers to enhance their experience and influence product evolution.
As a vital link between our software and its users, you will provide training, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate customer feedback sessions. Your contributions to feature testing and customer success strategies will make a significant impact on how we serve our clients and improve our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and customer training sessions
• Help clients optimize their use of Data Docks
• Troubleshoot software issues efficiently
• Conduct testing of new features to ensure quality
• Collect and analyze user feedback and emerging trends
Requirements:
• Strong desire to assist customers effectively
• Keen attention to detail and proactive thinking
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and dialogues
• Proven communication skills for team collaborations
• SaaS experience is a plus but not required
