Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of Maintenance Customer Orders
• Manage documentation and stakeholder communications
• Identify risks and elevate issues for resolution
• Ensure compliance with Service Excellence standards
• Proactively communicate with teams and customers
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in project management or coordination roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in construction, oilfield, or dealership roles a plus
• Ability to assess risks effectively
