This full-time role involves providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and building positive customer relationships. You’ll work collaboratively to handle inquiries, schedule service calls, and ensure high service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level customer service responses to inquiries
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers
• Schedule service calls and follow up as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues using established tools
• Ensure accurate data entry using prescribed applications
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Full-time availability from Mon-Sun, 8 AM - 11 PM
• Strong wired internet connection required
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent computer skills for customer interaction
