As a Service Advisor, you will manage various administrative functions within the Service Department. This role serves as the first point of contact, requiring excellent communication and customer interaction skills. You will assist customers in person, by email, or over the phone, while ensuring effective communication between service personnel and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers entering the service area
• Address customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Liaise between customers and the service department
• Contact customers regarding extra work and authorizations
• Follow up on repair statuses to meet promised timelines
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• 2-5 years technical or mechanical background preferred
• Energetic with excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage workload efficiently
