Be a key player in our customer service team as a Customer Service Specialist, dedicated to resolving complex inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach and communication skills will shine in this dynamic role.
You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring all issues are addressed with professionalism and speed. As the designated 'Manager on Duty,' you will resolve escalated issues while contributing to team training and overall performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex inquiries through various communication channels
• Process orders and track customer shipments
• Gather and analyze feedback to drive service improvements
• Contribute to training Customer Service Associates
• Manage CRM data integrity and keep accurate records
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer service, call-center experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Suite tools
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bilingual in French a distinct advantage
