Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Customer Success Managers effectively
• Handle high-stakes client situations and retention challenges
• Train CSMs to enhance their coaching abilities
• Monitor KPIs regarding client retention and upgrades
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for consistent messaging
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading customer success teams
• Expertise in client objection handling
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with tools like Slack and Trello
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
